Empower Your Community

Take the movement to your neighborhood.

Pittsburgh may be our home, but the need for Trauma-informed Community Development doesn’t stop at our city limits.

If your community struggles with traumatic events – hunger, homelessness, violence, drugs, just to name a few – Trauma Informed Community Development is a framework that can bring a movement of hope and healing to your community.

The Neighborhood Resilience Project has training cohorts from many neighborhoods already across the nation, including:

  • Cleveland, OH
  • Crawford County, PA
  • Indianapolis, IN
  • Kansas City, MO
  • New Britain, CT
  • Petersburg, VA
  • Richmond, VA
  • Sarasota, FL
  • Titusville, PA
  • Wind River Indian Reservation

In bringing Trauma Informed Community Development to many different neighborhoods, we are also building a collaborative, which makes the movement stronger.

Let’s talk.
